On Saturday, October 28, Broadmoor United Methodist Church will host a Fall Festival & Trunk-or-Treat for our church family & as an outreach to our community. Fall Festival will be open from 4:00 – 5:30pm in the Casual Worship Center and close out with a huge Trunk-or-Treat at 5:30pm. There will be hayrides, games and prizes, a costume parade for children, face painting, balloon animals, a photo op room, and refreshments. Bring your whole family and invite some friends!

If you are interested in serving, there are several ways to help out during Fall Festival.

  • Volunteer o help during Festival. We need two adults per activity (about 15) and several more in the kitchen from 3:30 – 6:00 p.m. If you are not able to work during the event, we could use help the day before setting up the booths (Friday, October 27) or cleaning up after the Festival from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. These are great options for families that want to enjoy the festival but also would like to serve. If you want to help, please contact Kelli Jumper at kjumper@cox.net.
  • Trunk or Treat will be held outside in the Casual Worship Center parking lot, in marked spaces. If you would like to participate in Trunk-or-Treat, please park by 4:30 p.m. and have your trunk or tailgate decorated by 5:15 p.m. Be sure to have some candy to start with and we’ll replenish your stash.
  • Candy is needed to supplement Trunk-or-Treat. You can bring to individually wrapped candy to the church office Monday – Thursday, Connection Café on Sundays before the Festival, or to the Fall Festival Hospitality Table inside the Casual Worship Center on October 28.
  • Cupcakes and Cookies can be donated for the Cake Walk on Friday, October 27 between 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and Saturday, October 28 between 1:00. – 3:00 p.m. Please let Christi Rangel know if you will be donating cupcakes or cookies.

Contact Christi Rangel at 924-6269 or crangel@broadmoormethodist.org if you have any questions about Fall Festival or want to sign up to volunteer.
